Maahira holds a Level 6 qualification and a degree in Early Years and Childhood Studies. She leads on curriculum and staff training, helping keep the team inspired, up to date and always thinking about how to do things better. Maahira has a calm, thoughtful approach and is full of practical ideas that make a real difference. Whether she’s supporting children’s learning or mentoring a colleague, she brings knowledge, patience and a real love for early years. When she’s not at nursery, Maahira is enjoying newly married life, spending time with her husband and family, going for walks and trying to squeeze in a bit of relaxation before Monday comes around.
