Claire is our baby room leader and holds a Level 3 qualification with over 10 years of experience in early years, all spent with babies. She leads the room with calm confidence and always seems to know exactly what each baby needs, whether it’s a cuddle, a nap or a little sing-song. Claire has a natural gift for building warm, trusting relationships and an instinct for routines, milestones and moods. If a baby needs soothing or settling, Claire’s already there. When she’s not at nursery, Claire enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and is often found doing what she does best - babysitting all over again.
